This policy covers monssieur.com and the forms on it. Monssieur (“we”, “us”) provides turnover and housekeeping services for short-term rentals and homes in Greater Orlando and Central Florida. If you use our cleaner app or sign a service agreement with us, those come with their own terms.

What we collect

• What you tell us. When you request an estimate, book a call or a turnover, or send a message: your name, email, phone number, property address, the number of properties and the cities they are in, bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, the date and time you ask for, and anything you write in a message.
• Property records. To size your estimate we look up the address you enter in public property records, which can return details such as square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms.
• How you found us. If you arrive from an ad or a link that carries campaign tags, we record those tags and the referring website along with your request. They are held in your browser only for your visit.
• Technical data. Like any website, our servers receive your IP address and browser details. We use the IP address briefly to stop automated form abuse.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website, and visitors are not given cookies unless they sign in to manage the site.

How we use it

• To prepare your estimate and to schedule the call or service you asked for.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email.
• To deliver and improve our services, keep records of our work, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
• To understand which ads and channels bring us customers.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Monssieur, and only so they can do that work for us:

• our website host;
• the customer-relationship system where our team keeps track of requests;
• the email and text-message services that alert our team to a new request;
• RentCast, the property-records service we send your address to for an estimate;
• Google Fonts and Unsplash, which serve the site’s typefaces and some of its photos and therefore receive your IP address when a page loads.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request and your service. We do not send marketing texts from these forms. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or ask us by email. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to serve you, and afterwards for as long as our legal, tax and accounting obligations require. When it is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@monssieur.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed, but we work to protect it.

Children

Our services are for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
