Checklists
Room by room, with a photo for every item.
Each property gets its own checklist for each type of service, built around its real rooms. Cleaners work through it in order and photograph each item; a guided camera walks them through the shots.
- A start-of-job check brings back anything reported on the last visit
- Broken, missing or low items become issues and supply requests on the spot
- Extra work, like trash outside the bin, is documented with before and after photos for approval

A complete record of each job.
Clock-in and clock-out are checked against the property’s location, so time on site is a fact rather than a claim. When the job closes, the app writes a short summary of what was done and what was found.
